Dr. Dutcher received his B.S. from Michigan State University and his D.O. from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his Ph.D. at the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology and his residency at the Department of Neurological Surgery, Wayne State University.
