Dr. Michael R. Mikolajczak is a board certified orthopedic surgeon, former chief of surgery and former chief of staff at Wellington Regional Medical Center. He is also an associate professor at Lake Erie College of Medicine. Dr Mike is a certified medical examiner for workers’ compensation and routinely performs independent medical examinations. He is frequently requested as a medical expert in court cases.

For 19 years Dr Mike has been privileged to serve Wellington and the Western Communities. He strives for excellence and mends with compassion.
He has created a new team in Wellington Orthopedic Institute with a mission to maintain the trust and respect of his patients, profession and community with a new dream to pass on a legacy of excellence in medical education to medical students and residents.
