Dr. Juan Agudelo is a fellowship trained board certified hip and knee surgeon with more than 15 years of experience. Dr. Agudelo earned his medical degree from the Health Sciences Institute School of Medicine in Medellín, Colombia. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery and a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the University of Colorado in Denver. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Florida Orthopedic Society and American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Agudelo is an expert in minimally invasive procedures for hip and knee replacement and fracture care. His extensive training gives him the ability to care for a multitude of orthopedic conditions. His specialties include minimally invasive joint replacement (hip & knee), direct anterior hip replacements, hip and knee fracture care and reconstructions, knee arthroscopy, femoral acetabular impingement, degenerative joint disease, osteoarthritis and tendonitis.

Dr. Agudelo specializes in a minimally invasive procedure known as anterior hip replacement.
